"I made an amazing mushroom risotto with my Breville Risotto Plus tonight and was inspired to share my love of this new countertop appliance. I've used it several times since purchasing - for risotto and slow cooking. Each and every meal has come out perfectly. I love the sauté function - it works great and saves clean up of another pot.
