- Very Versatile! We've had our press for a couple of years now and use it quite often for a variety of cooking methods. The other day I tried it for the first time to reheat a slice of pizza by hovering the lid about an inch over the slice. It cooked it quickly and evenly, with nice bubbly cheese and crisp crust. Other than the obvious uses of grilling sandwiches and meats, I use it for heating tortillas, cooking bacon, melting cheese on corn chips...the list goes on. We recently lost the cleaning tool which saddens me because it's so unique and helpful (that's the only downside of owning a grill. If you lose the cleaning spatula, it's difficult to scrape it clean. Hurray for the dog!).
- This is a great product. It turns a simple sandwich into a gourmet treat! I use it almost everyday. The Breville Panini Grill is the best small kitchen appliance I have ever bought. It's so easy to use and it makes everything I cook in it taste and look great. My son who hates to clean up, but loves to eat, now offers to make panini's for me becaluse clean up is a breeze. I eat a lot healthier now because I can quickly add vegtables to any sandwich and grill them to perfection. I love this grill!
