Panini Pleased!
This is a well thought out appliance.
Was looking for a press that had a nice weight to it,
not too big and not too expensive. I like the temperature
option as well as being able to adjust the thickness.
Even the power cord is robust! Well done!! - Unbelievable! I received the Panini grill for Christmas and pulled it out of the box tonight and grilled a frozen piece of chicken breast. The book it says 6 minutes for chicken and I was so surprised when it only took 7 minutes for a frozen piece. When I buy boneless skinless chicken breast I pound it out to about 3/4 of an inch thick so it cooks evenly and this worked very well for the Breville Panini grill. The chicken was so moist and tasty I almost can't wait for tomorrow night when I grill some salmon. Thanks Breville!
- panini lover just got the grill for christmas. easy to use and easy to clean up. i think making a grilled sandwich ads so much flavor and texture. it allows you to eat healthier. grilled vegies on nice warm crunchy bread are delicious. easier to get away from all the processed meats we are a custom to eating when we think of having a sandwich. all who have one...enjoy. all who do not get one! they should have included a more extensive cook book with the product.
- Best Christmas Gift! I received this grill from my daughter for Christmas and love it! I have made several sandwiches and am looking forward to using it often. I am very happy with it.
- Great product I used one at my daughters and it was great and I guess my ravings were heard because I recieved one for Christmas and now I am a happy man.
- Good product, one area for improvement Overall this machine is great; very easy to use. The only "complaint" I have is that the Power and Ready lights are not super bright. I have to be directly over them to tell if they are illuminated. I have seen two of these machines in action, so I feel confident this isn't my unit that is suffering. Regardless, this issue wouldnt stop me from purchasing or recommending the unit again.

The best I have seen!
I used to own a coffee house with a small lunch/snack menu; paninis were my headliner, and I made them on a professional panini grill. After I closed the business and sold the professional model, I looked all over for a quality home version that would live up to my expectations. I even bought a couple, one with removable grill plates. The quality was disappointing and I got rid of them. When I ordered the Breville model, I was a little skeptical about whether it would be the quality I was looking for.
It is fantastic! I use it at least once or twice a week. I am so pleased with the quality, that I bought a Breville convection/toaster oven, and plan to buy more of this company's products in the near future! - Love it! I used to own a small coffee house and made paninis on a professional appliance. I have looked at others and even bought one with removable grill plates (which, by the way, cannot be put in the dishwasher), but none were satisfactory until I purchased the Breville. I think it is fantastic! I was so impressed with this product, I purchased the Breville Convection/toaster oven ~ which is also an incredibly great product! I will continue to purchase Breville products in the future!
