the Control Grip™

A commercially inspired kitchen appliance, offering you the control and all of the tools.

Simple soups can often be hard to make, as stick mixers are notoriously clunky to hold and suffer from excessive suction, drawing the mixer to the base of the bowl or pot.

The Control Grip™ incorporates an ergonomic trigger grip, which is easily engaged with a very natural hand position. Control is further enhanced with a reduced suction blade and leg design. This model also incorporates a stainless steel shaft, 25oz chopper, 42oz jug, and a whisk attachment.

You gain control over your stick mixer, rather than it having control over you.

AWESOME for RV

"Breville BSB400XL Hand Blender I live in an RV and my hands are to painful to use manual utensils. This very small blender is perfect for power, speed, size and clean up. It does just like it is promised to do. I'm not sure about the amount of heat it will stand up to. I want to use it, while I'm cooking or very hot. I like that it doesn't scar up my bowls and pots, because of the guard. There is one thing that is not mentioned and that's the hole in the plug. It fits your finger, so the hole in the plug, makes it very easy to pull out. I wish all appliances had this hole in the plug. I hope they will add new attachments, for slicing, peeling, and maybe a small stand to hold the motor, while you add other ingredients. The motor is a little heavy, for a senior. I wish they would add this blender to the RV sales companies. You will not be sorry, if you purchase this blender. Thank you LORD for this special gift. "

Immersion blender

"Just like all my other Breville products this is high quality. It is very comfortable to hold and use with one hand. The jug with handle is very handy for holding the chopper bowl, which I use mostly for a quick chop of nuts, or a quick chop of onions or tomatoes. The design so it doesn't create suction is a welcome change from my previous immersion blender, I'm not fighting the blender like before. "
