"It's a little strange raving about a toaster, but this item is a reaaly great kitchen tool. In an ocean of toaster competition, Breville took toasters to a new level. I've owned mine for nearly a year and there isn't anything I could say that is negative. Anything you toast seems to end up as predictably perfect. Bread, bagels, or my favorite...english muffins are completely controlable. And if you're timid....wanting perfection...start out conservative and "effortlessly dial it up" a little bit more until you are satisfied. I received mine as a gift and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. But don't take my word for it. Splurge and see for yourself. It's not a disappointment."
