"I own the Breville BTM800XL Tea Maker as well as the 800 BLXL Blender, and both are extraordinarily well-designed, high-quality, and high-performing appliances. Further, Breville USA customer service is exceptional (for instance, I lost a part for my tea maker and they sent a replacement the same day). I feel as happy and passionate about my Breville appliances as I do about my Apple MacBook Pro and iPhone 4G (yep, I'm a tech weenie) - exceptional design, function, and service. Bravo Breville."
