"I started juicing after watching the documentary, "Fat Sick and Nearly Dead". I went to Bed Bath and Beyond the very next day and purchased this FABULOUS JUICER!! I decided to go with the multi-speed juicer instead of the one featured in the documentary, seemed worth the extra $50. There is very little waste and the juicer is very easy to clean. I have been juicing every day for breakfast (5 large kale leaves, 1 big handful of baby spinach, 1 granny smith apple, 1 pear, a small handful of blueberries, and 1 lime, peeled). The juicer is now a permanent fixutre on my kitchen counter, along with bins full of fresh produce. 3 days ago I decided to commit to a 10 day juice fast, and so far I feel AMAZING! "Because of health problems, we thought juicing would help. As first time juicers, we were a little concerned about our first purchase. After reading the reviews of other products on Amazon.com, we choose the Breville as it had a lot of the missing things that consumers wanted in the other products. (Quiet motor, large pulp storage, and ease of cleaning.) These all are true with the Breville. I am impressed with the ease of cleaning and the modules that just pop out and rinse clean. The wire brush is helpful to get the basket free of all left over pulp.
