"Just got my Ikon Juice Fountain Tuesday, before then I was using a Juiceman Jr. to make breakfast, lunch and dinner for my juice fast. The Breville takes half of the time to juice and makes more juice with the same amount of produce! It also does sound like Nascar is racing in my kitchen. I am on the second week of my sixty day juice fast and thanks to Breville I'll make it!!

"Amazingly simple, yet powerful juicer. While I really enjoyed my previous juicer from a competitor, it was too much of a mess to clean all the time for me. This one is simple and the juice comes out fantastic. Now, if there was only an attachment for wheatgrass or something. Breville, even if you don't make an attachment, it would be nice if you considered making another companion product, very small, for wheat grass extraction. That would be perfect!

"My husband and I decided to do a ten day fast inspired by the documentary Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead. On the second day of our fast our juicer decided to give out. I started researching tons of different juicer. I kept coming up with Breville Juicers. I figured if it's good enough for the documentary, it's good enough for us. The only problem was the model I was looking for was sold out everywhere. My last attempt was a Bed Bath & Beyond. They had the juicer on display but were sold out. The clerk even checked surrounding stores, and offered to have one shipped to me. She came up empty handed. SOLD OUT. I asked her if she would be willing to sell the display and SCORE, she said yes. I still was able to use my 20% off coupon, plus the clerk also gave me an additional 10% off. As soon as I got home I could see why they are sold out everywhere. I love the different settings on the juicer. The enclosed container is a must. Also the rubber spout to pour into a glass is just genius. Cleanup is very easy, and much faster then our previous juicer. This is defiantly a high quality product. Spend the money you wont be disappointed. "

"We just purchased the Ikon Juicer last night at Bed, Bath and Beyond. There is a 20% off coupon on line for in-store purchase. Just made our first juice and love it! Like the other reviewers said, this is very well made. You can tell from the minute you take it out of the box! Putting it together was simple, juicing was easy and mess free. Clean up was a breeze. It took maybe 3-4 minutes, the main thing to be concerned with is the basket filter, I just used the provided brush and had it done in a snap! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this machine! I usually don't give reviews, but had to on this one. I'm so glad I didn't go with the cheaper Jack La Layne like my husband wanted to.
Can't wait to see what juicing brings!

"I love the BREVILEE IKON. The sales man at Bed Bath and beyond was very good and knew the juicer. I had been there a few weeks before and was going to buy the smaller juicer for 149 but didn’t have the money that day so when I went back two weeks later it was gone....but they had just received a shipment of the IKON ones.

I was shocked at how GOOD IT IS. I had a Jack Lalanne juicer and I gave it to someone who has cancer to start doing the GERSON therapy to get well....so I needed a new juicer and I had been eating at the Raw Christopher’s Kitchen restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens
Florida and the owner/ chef Christopher recommended I buy a Breville as he uses it there and he uses the Norwalk Press but that costs 2500.00.

So anyway, the juicer is soooo much better than the LaLanne in that the pulp is like sawdust...it extracts way more juice than the Lalanne did...the pulp was still wet with that one.

I go to Nutrition Smart and get one pound of those little baby organic prewashed carrots and pop them into it with one green organic apple and a piece of ginger and I have a fabulous nutritious Gerson drink in a minute! This juicer is awesome, clean up took me three minutes.
No excuses people....start JUICING!

ALSO I was worried it would take up too much counter space but the sales guy at Bed Bath and Beyond said this is only going to take a few more inches of space than the smaller one and he was right....it looks great on my counter! And the pitcher that collects the juice is an AWESOME and SMART feature...kudos to the people that designed this!!!

"I have been juicing for over 15 years and been 85 to 95 percent raw food eater since that time. Thanks to prayer and being led in that direction it saved my life.

I just want to THANK Breville for such a quality product!!! In all my years of juicing, and I have had them all, juicing machines costing in excess of $500, never have I come across a machine that is such Quality and Quiet, WOW, to top it off Affordable to people. I received my Juicer 4/20/11 and the very first thing I did was call Breville and thank them!

Someone made a comment that the juicer is loud and some said it is messy. Well from someone who has been doing this for quite awhile I am sorry to say you are totally wrong! This is THE most quite juicer I have ever owned and the absolute cleanest and easiest to clean!!! They obviously have not been around juicing long. Breville is The Quietest, Best Quality, Best looking, and best Yield of juice Juicing Machine I have ever owned!!! The only machine I have not had the luxury to own is the Norwalk Juicer which cost over $2,000 and weighs in at a staggering 68 pounds. But for me I will never look any where else than a Breville when I need a juicer or accessories. Thank you Breville and may you never forget what most companies have and that is QUALITY matters!!!

~ Big opening for fruits/vegetables so I don't have to chop things up, big enough for a whole apple! Other juicers require pre-chop work and cleaning!

~ snap together leak proof design: all pieces easily snap together for a tight seal, no leaks, no splattering ever! All juice is captured into a pitcher, all pulp is captured into the shred bucket, and nothing ever goes outside those two well designed elements!

~ The juice pitcher! This is so smart, why didn't anyone ever think of this before! A pitcher that can be put on the table or in the fridge right away or you can pour juice while juicing! Smart!

~ Easy to clean: so easy to separate the parts for cleaning, the juicer/screen, the capture bucket, etc, and then easily reassemble! On other machines, popping out the screen is so hard and often requires a screwdriver! The type of plastic used doesn't stain yellow/orange/green from longer term use, yeah! Always beautiful!

~ Big pulp bucket: captures every shred, no spatters, great to repurpose the
pulp as soup/smoothie thickener for the fiber, or make into veggie crackers and hummus.... or feed to the animals, mix into dog food, or feed to deer’s, squirrels, or put directly in garden as mulch.
